Position OverviewWe’re seeking a driven, results-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our in-office team. This role is perfect for a top sales performer who excels at building relationships and generating new business. Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, referrals, and networking.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of insurance accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and retention.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Collaborate closely with underwriters and support staff to deliver seamless service.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and competitive offerings.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record of success in insurance sales or related financial services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in an in-office environment.

  • Licensing as required by state (or willingness to obtain promptly).
